Pastaga
Produced in the heart of the Provence region, from about forty herbs, spices and fruits, Pastaga is an authentic pastis, both fresh and long in the mouth. Its aniseed and licorice aromas are complemented by a touch of verbena which makes it unique.
Tasting notes
Pastaga is a blend of distillates of about forty plants and spices, verbena infusion and licorice essence. It is a long and fresh pastis, following the classic Marseille recipe. The verbena infusion brings structure and length in the mouth.
On the nose, fresh, lemony, minty, aniseed, floral and spicy notes brought by the different distillates, bring power and aromatic persistence.
In addition to this, a woody note of pine is present, balanced by more aniseed and spicy notes for a perfect finish.
Finally, to reinforce the freshness of the verbena and the lemon, a note of camphor blends in with a subtle woodyness.
