The Sainte-Colombe brewery was first known for the quality of its beers before producing whisky. For its spirits, the brewery gave birth to Distillerie de la Roche aux Fées, thus echoing the eponymous dolmen, whose construction is said to be the work of fairies. The blending of barley malt and wheat malt produces a distillate of character, enhanced by maturation in an ex-cask of fresh white wine.

Balanced, the whisky offers a broad palette of citrus and heady flowers while keeping the raw material at he center of the spirit. The clever blend of barley and wheat is enhanced by maturation in ex- white wine casks.
