Famille Fezas 1981

Located in the heart of the Ténarèze terroir on the highest slopes of Gascony (180 metres), the clay-limestone vineyard of Domaine Chiroulet, owned by the Fezas family since 1893, extends over 45 hectares.

Tasting Notes

Made from the Ugni Blanc grape variety, this red oak-aged version is full of remarkably fresh white grape notes. Moreover, with its noble woody and spicy notes, its aromatic and taste palette can even be reminiscent of the heady notes of American whiskeys.
