Located in the Grand-Bas-Armagnac region, Château de la Béroje belongs to Raymond Crombez de Montmort. As the estate’s own cellar master, he pays particular attention to the ageing of his eaux-de-vie.

When fully matured, this version, distilled in 1995, shines with fruity, floral, chocolate and spicy notes which, from the first nose to the empty glass, show an extraordinary complexity.
